Garden clearance
The customer had cut back several overgrown hedges and shrubs, leaving a large amount of bagged garden waste, branches and broken outdoor items. Access to the rear garden was limited to a narrow side path, so the waste had to be carried carefully through the property boundary without damaging fences or paving.
We planned the collection around the available access and arrived with a suitable van, protective equipment and the tools needed to move the larger branches safely. The waste was separated into manageable loads before being carried from the garden and secured for transport.
The garden and access path were left clear and tidy, allowing the homeowner to continue with their landscaping work without arranging multiple trips to dispose of the waste themselves.

“Brilliant service from start to finish. The team cleared a large amount of garden waste and branches quickly, despite the narrow access down the side of the house. They were careful around the fencing and paving, and left the garden and path spotless. It saved me several trips to the recycling centre and made it much easier to carry on with the landscaping. I’d happily recommend them.”

Furniture collection and delivery
The customer had purchased several flat-packed furniture items that were too large to fit safely in their own vehicle. The order included long and bulky packages that needed to remain dry and undamaged during transport.
The collection details, order size and delivery access were confirmed before the job. The packages were checked at collection, arranged securely inside the van and protected from movement during transport.
On arrival in Templepatrick, the items were unloaded carefully and placed in the customer’s requested ground-floor rooms.
The complete order was collected and delivered safely in one journey, saving the customer from hiring a vehicle or making several separate trips.

“Excellent service from collection to delivery. The team picked up our IKEA order in Belfast, loaded everything securely and delivered it to our home in Templepatrick without any damage. The packages were large and awkward, but they handled everything carefully and placed each item in the rooms we requested. It saved us the hassle of hiring a van and making several trips. I would definitely use them again.”

Home removal
The family was moving from a two-bedroom property and needed help transporting furniture, appliances, boxes and several fragile items. Access at the starting property was restricted, and the move had to be coordinated around the customer’s key-collection time.
The move was planned using an inventory of the main furniture and an estimate of the number of boxes. A suitable removal van and two-person team were allocated, with blankets and securing straps used to protect furniture during transport.
The van was loaded in an organised order so that essential items and larger furniture could be unloaded first at the new property.
The family’s belongings were transported safely to Carrickfergus and unloaded into the requested rooms. The move was completed within the planned timeframe, allowing the family to begin settling into their new home that day.
Evidence
Photographs: Genuine photographs of the loaded vehicle and furniture being delivered.
“We were really impressed with how smoothly the move went. The team arrived on time, handled all of our furniture and boxes with care, and kept everything well protected during the journey to Carrickfergus. They worked efficiently despite the limited access at our old house and placed everything in the rooms we asked for at the new property. The whole move was completed within the agreed timeframe, which took a lot of stress out of the day. We would happily recommend them.”
